What this notice covers
This notice explains what Experdz does with the information you share when you contact us or submit an enquiry. It applies to this website and to the email conversations that follow from it.
What we collect
When you use the contact or Get Started forms, you choose to share your name, your position, a business email address, your company, the services you are weighing, and the message you write. We also keep the email correspondence that follows.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address and request logs for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, scope potential work, and stay in touch about that engagement. A founder reads every submission.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. You will not be added to a newsletter without asking for one.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by a founder. If scoping the work requires it, relevant details may be shared with the vetted delivery specialists assigned to your engagement, under confidentiality.
We rely on a small number of service providers, such as email and hosting, who process data on our behalf. We do not share your details beyond what is needed to respond and deliver.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period after. If a conversation does not lead anywhere, you can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@experdz.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
International handling
Experdz works remotely with clients and specialists across several regions, so your information may be processed in a country other than your own. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.
