What happens after I send a note?
A founder reads it and replies within one business day, usually sooner. If a call makes sense, we will suggest a few times. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better where we can.
How is this different from Get Started?

Do I need to know which service I need before I reach out?
No. Describe the problem in your own words and a founder will help you identify which service, or combination of services, resolves it.
Who will I be talking to?
A founder. One leads design, business development, and technical oversight; the other leads brand, positioning, and client relationships. Every engagement touches both.
What does an engagement cost?
Pricing is scoped to the specific work and discussed once we both understand what you need built. Engagements are billed in USD on a milestone basis, so delivery and payment stay aligned.
